Yes that’s correct for the 100th year of production Ford build a total of 6 Model T-100 to commemorate the year.
These weren’t restored cars, they were all new parts. The bodies were made in Sweden, coupled with available aftermarket. The engine, suspension parts, transmissions were created from the original drawings.

The T's transmission - could replace the original unit, however the gear pattern is not the same so the internal will not match up.

I never knew that. Quite interesting. We had over 100 T’s come through Ridgecrest, Ca. and stop at the Ford dealer for lunch back in 03 or 04. They were traveling from San Bernadino to Dearborn for the 100th celebration. They said they would average 15-18 mph on the trip. Two large box trucks and trailers as support vehicles. The oldest was a restored 1908 and the newest was a 1927. There were at least 20 that were original unrestored. At least 2 Depot hacks were present and one car came from Australia. It was a sight to see. Especially when they lined up at the Chevron for gas. If I remember right it was over 2,300 mile trip and they all made it with wheels on the ground. A few breakdowns on the way and a few actually traveled some distance on the trailers but they were all running in Dearborn 3 weeks later.
Oops, I had it wrong. There were 42 leaving Lancaster, Ca. It sure seemed like more but they did meet up with others along the way to Dearborn. I’m sure there were well over 100 by the time they arrived.
